Bodytrak keeps your workforce safe by preventing incidents caused by heat stress, fatigue and noise exposure, through real-time data analytics. It’s the only non-invasive product of its kind on the market using highly accurate in-ear sensors to monitor physiological data.
With our smart safety solution, you can continuously monitor each person’s individual response to environmental and physiological stress. This means safety monitoring no longer has to be a one-size-fits-all indirect approach. Bodytrak enables thresholds to be set for each parameter, and automatically accounts for each users’ individual thresholds by tracking a baseline, using machine learning techniques. This ensures accurate and reliable data is provided for each user.
When preset thresholds are exceeded, the Incident Management Platform raises alerts and shows the location of incidents on the Dashboard, enabling rapid intervention. Live alerts can also be provided via email and SMS, and audio prompts can be played to the user to ensure preventative action. Automated reports are generated to help health and safety leaders leverage critical insights, enhance safety practice, and improve productivity.
Designed with comfort and durability in mind, the Earpiece is almost unnoticeable when worn. The convenience of a non-intrusive ergonomic ear-based form factor means it’s very easy to fit and remove. It combines key features for safety monitoring with hearing protection and is compatible with audio communications devices such as digital mobile radios. The communications module has a smaller footprint and is lighter than a smartphone and can be conveniently clipped to a belt or placed into a pocket.
For as little as $2.00 a day per user, our reliable safety as a service solution is preventing incidents across various sectors including production, transport and logistics, lone working and construction.

Specialized Safety Products manufactures the Jet-Kleen Series of Personnel Blow-off & De-dusting System. The Jet-Kleen models provides safe, economical, and effective removal of residues – such as dust, fiber, water – from people, surfaces, or environments, and provides safe, efficient alternative to compressed air, consuming less energy and emitting less noise.
Its blower-driven system delivers a high volume of air at a relatively low pressure– well below OSHA standards. The lower pressure means Jet-Kleen units can be safely aimed at virtually any part of the body (excluding the eyes and ears); even direct contact with unprotected skin poses no hazard. Both the original Jet-Kleen and the NEW Jet-Kleen Limited are available in either portable or wall-mounted models.
JET-KLEEN LIMITED
The newest addition to the popular Jet-Kleen™ series, the Jet-Kleen Limited™ Blow-Off and De-Dusting System is an economical alternative to compressed air systems incorporating many of the same features that have made the original Jet-Kleen such a resounding success.
The Jet-Kleen Limited Blow-Off and De-Dusting System provides safe and effective removal of residues - such as dust, fiber, water, and particulate matter - from people, surfaces, or work environments, at a fraction of the cost of compressed air systems.
The Jet-Kleen Limited is ideal for companies seeking to improve efficiency as well as employee safety. Although safe for individual use - it can be aimed directly at bare skin - the Jet-Kleen Limited still delivers a powerful volume of oil-free, clean and dry air that quickly and effectively removes moisture. The Jet-Kleen Limited delivers the many of the same features of the original Jet-Kleen in a smaller, more cost-effective package.
