Moldex-Metric, Inc. announces the launch of two innovative, new products to join their popular line of EcoStation and PlugStation Earplug Dispensers that continue Moldex’s long history of easy to use high quality work place safety and worker protection products. These two products address today’s enhanced concerns over workplace hygiene and worker comfort.

Moldex presents the first 100% hands-free earplug dispenser – the TouchFree EcoStation. Continuing the theme of a more hygienic way to dispense earplugs, Moldex has also launched an  antimicrobial earplug dispenser, EcoStation Copper.

For the EcoStation Copper, Moldex merged the quality and convenience that are synonymous with all Moldex products with the protective properties of copper. The dispensing handle features a copper touch surface that continuously kills bacteria left behind by dirty hands, killing more than 99.9% of bacteria* within two hours.

Laboratory testing has shown that when cleaned regularly as part of a regular workplace hygiene program, this surface:
• Continues to kill 99% of bacteria* even after repeated contamination
• Helps inhibit buildup and growth of bacteria* within 2 hours of exposure between routine cleaning and sanitizing steps

Utilizing the unique Moldex Magnetic Brackets, earplug dispensers can be hung throughout a facility in seconds, making it easier and more convenient for workers to quickly access their hearing protection.
