The memorandum recognizes the role that each performance program plays in the safe and secure management of chemicals throughout the supply chains of the United States and Canada.

RDC President Catherine Wieckowska, RDC Board of Directors Chair Philip Zerr, ACD Chairman Ed Boss, and ACD President and CEO Eric R. Byer sign a Memorandum of Understanding during ACD’s Annual Meeting in La Quinta, California.
