China Textile Commerce Association and Messe Duesseldorf Shanghai to Jointly Organize CIOSH
The China Textile Commerce Association (CTCA) and Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly organize and further strengthen China’s leading occupational safety trade show – China International Occupational Safety & Health Goods Expo (CIOSH). The 100th edition will be held in the Shanghai New International Expo Center from July 3 – 5, 2020.
As industry leaders with domestic and overseas expertise in organizing exhibitions the two will reportedly cooperate in order to make CIOSH 2020 the sector’s most impressive international and professional event in Asia.
“The China International Occupational Safety & Health Goods Expo has successfully benefitted from the rapid national economic growth over the past 50 years. Now, the implementation of the new national strategies like the ‘Belt and Road Initiative’ and ‘Made in China 2025′ has opened up new opportunities for the development of CIOSH. We believe that the development of the labor protective equipment market will certainly take a new step through the in-depth cooperation with Messe Düsseldorf!,” stated Li Jianhua, CEO of the China Textile Commerce Association.
Wolfram Nikolaus Diener, chairman of Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., added: “We eagerly look forward to bringing the international network of Messe Düsseldorf and the expertise of A+A to China. To further consolidate the development of CIOSH, more international companies will come to China and present modern occupational safety and intelligent concepts. In addition to the products for safety at work, we plan to bring more manufactures covering security and health at work as well as the new products in fire security and emergency rescue to enlarge the ranges at CIOSH. We believe that the cooperation will make CIOSH an important platform for trade and exchange for the global protective equipment producers and users.”
