NEW DATE FOR TOS+H EXPO 2020

Messe Düsseldorf and its local partner Tezulaş Fuar are postponing TOS+H EXPO, the leading trade fair for Turkish Occupational Safety and Health, due to the effects of the Coronavirus Covid-19. It will now take place from July 11 – 14, 2020 in Istanbul, Turkey. The new date was chosen in close coordination with the Turkish Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services and all partners involved.

With this postponement, Messe Düsseldorf is following the recommendation of the crisis management team of the Turkish Ministry of Health and the German Federal Government taking into account the principles of the Robert Koch Institute when assessing the risk of major events. Based on this recommendation and the recent significant increase in the number of infected persons, including in Europe, Messe Düsseldorf and its partners have jointly reassessed the situation. Added to this is the complicated travel situation, especially for international customers.

Werner M. Dornscheidt, CEO of Messe Düsseldorf, stated: “We would like to thank all our partners for their cooperation in making these difficult decisions. We are pleased that together a date was found so quickly in order to allow all those affected to plan reliably.”

The concurrently held 10th International Congress on Occupational Safety and Health, organized by the Turkish Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, has also been  postponed.
